College basketball was a big discussion point... but the NBA... almost nada.
Is it because of the lack of fantasy leagues, overall interest, the sport itself...

So I was wondering, what are your favorite sports:

      1) NFL
      2) MLB
      3) College Football
      4) College Basketball
      5) NBA
      6) NHL
      7) Golf

To me, the N.B.A. I dont have a lot of respect for, to me, its so much showmanship and entertainment versus playing basketball.

In addition, money is why we work most of times, but just hate hearing whiners, and yes other sports have them, but seems the N B A has more than its share of camera cloggers complaining of minimal wages

Everybody whines about money... I don't hold that against them. If I was in their shoes, I would want as much as I could get.

But I would agree that there seems to be a higher percentage of "punks" in the NBA.
On the other hand, the NFL seems to have it's share of convicted felons

I think NBA gets a big edge over MLB.

Ya gotta love a players association that has an agreement to let them smoke pot just as long as they don't get arrested for it.

The NBA is worthless. It seems to be full of a bunch of egomaniac players with gun and drug cultures. It's boring as **** to watch. It's repetitive. Very boring in terms of fantasy play.

Don't get the appeal, at all.

I played basketball from the time I was small, and still do on occasion (though it's getting tougher and tougher at my age). I imagine Asher "not getting it" re basketball is analogous to my lack of hockey and soccer "gettingitness" -- it's just not part of my culture or background.

I had a hoop in my back yard for years and played pickup games with friends outside of school (where we also played).

It's okay to play with friends. Brutal to watch professionally.

I went to a Raptors game last season and it put me to sleep.

I'd love to play gridiron, and a friend of mine runs a team, but I'm just not big enough. I'm fairly quick, fairly strong, and great at dodging, but not quick or strong enough to make it as a wide receiver, which is the only position I could have a chance of playing.

                                Not even H-back?

(Granted, not many systems use an H-back, but I think it's a great position.)
