Btw, if Oregon State wins the Pac 10 (though a couple tough tests), the Rose Bowl is going to be a clunker. Why? Because I think Penn State wins the Big 10 and earlier this season Penn State beat Oregon State like a drum.

There was a guy at the American Legion boo hoo hooing about how Penn St. gets ripped off because there's no playoff game like Big 12. HELLO!!! There are 2 divisions of Big 12. They're forced to, they don't get to.

Actually, the Big 12 isn't forced to. They choose to have a Championship Game. If the Big 12 wanted, they could cancel it and just go by overall conference record.

The Big 10, however, can not have a Championship Game, as the NCAA has said that there must be at least 12 teams in a conference for the conference to elect to have such a game.
