Kindly look up 'dishonesty and deceit', if I said "I am wearing black briefs", would I not be guilty of dishonesty and deceit when it was subsequently found out the were actually blue - and shock of shocks! BOXERS!!!

Because when the independant commission says 'dishonest and deceit', they are really making no distinction between lying about breaking a rule or lying about something meaningless... yep.

The important word is WAS, as in past tense

And I don't think a club should get off the hook simply because it was the former owner who did the illegal thing. Who says Tevez would have signed with West Ham in the first place without his economic rights company goading him into it?

This is the Premiership in the UK, not Italy so different laws apply - which incidentally exposes you to further calls of double standards wrt to Colon's point which you jumped on with eagerness, about West Ham's wrongdoing here being perfectly legal elsewhere!

There is that reading comprehension problem again. Was I saying they should follow Italian law? Obviously not. Was I comparing official decisions relating to two different teams? Why yes, yes I was. Though you didn't answer the question of the official decision on AC Milan. Agree with it? If not, why not... it's an official decision? They have plenty of official folks on their side.

The writers maybe, but they have a vested interest in selling papers - but there are also plenty on our side...

Well that's not true... plenty of time after the first UEFA cup post - almost 16 hours, and only one other post about it occured.

I think you'll see some discussion when the CL final happens. And there is an exciting La Liga finish in the cards.

Though, if you want, Colon, we can discuss the MLS . I'm prepared to do so. I'm liking the play of Arena's NY Red Bulls so far this season, though the last game (the first loss of the year) was a bit of a shame.

There is plenty out there currently happening. He can talk about Beasley coming back to PSV or rumors of Raneri taking over the Man City job. Or discuss whether Milan or Liverpool will take the CL. He refuses to do any of that.

Gotta take initative. Can't just whine without offering alternative discussion.

YES! Two even! Back to back wins over Chicago (3-1) and defending MLS champ Houston (1-0). Toronto has some great home field advantage and it seems to have begun to pay off.

As a result there are 3 teams below them in points (TFC has 6 currently) . DC United in the Eastern Conference (how the mighty have fallen) have 4 points and in the West, LA Galaxy (can't wait until Beckham arrives) and Real Salt Lake both have 4 points.
