Well written children's books (well, perhaps moreso in the young adult category) can be enjoyed by adult readers. I, for example, have greatly enjoyed the Artemis Fowl books by Eoin Colfer. Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety. - Ben Franklin

Wrong, it was a Zyrian speaker, drunk on zythum... a fermented malt beverage made in Ancient Egypt. If you read the book more closely you'd know that believers in the "Zebra" theory are dealt with in the entry on "Gullible". You must have skipped that part after being told it was taken out.

Well, there's nothing to say you can't enjoy the occasional childrens book. Especially quirky ones like Pratchett. I've enjoyed most of Pratchetts books (except the Johnny Maxwell trilogy) I loved The Amazing Maurice and his Educated Rodents and I'm giving this to my oldest nephew as soon as he starts learning english in school (which is in third or fourth grade I think).Originally posted by Krill
