      • Just finished 'Leo The African' by Amin Maalouf (which I thoroughly recommend, along with his 'Samarkand' about Omar Khayyam) and have now started :

        'Hawkwood- Diabolical Englishman' by Frances Stonor Saunders, about the mercenary leader who is one of the more interesting characters of the early Renaissance period.

              • I read Making Money by Terry Prachett on my recent commute to the Phils.

                Now I'm back to finish up Wintersmith. It's Prachett's least best of his Tiffany Aching novels because of a distressing lack of Feegals.

                My audio book for commuting to work is Cobra II.
