Not the presidential nominees and former presidents. They conspicuously break similar laws in similar ways, get caught and are not even put on trial let alone convicted. This is going to give a lot of cover for harmful fixes to address the apparent "lawfare".

I am surprised no one has started a thread... how long before Biden is out. And who will the dems pick. I have already started my one thread. If they don't pick Harris the dems will be saying we knew she was never qualified to be president.

Please provide all of your examples of how others have "conspicuously" broken similar laws in similar ways.
Let's take a look at the documents case... Everybody else who kept documents returned them when asked. Trump said he did (lied as usual) and then tried to hide them.
Hmmm... sent an angry mob to the capital to overturn a fair election... Can't remember anybody else
Called a secretary of state and got recorded begging for them to "find" him some votes after multiple recounts and certification. Don't remember any of those either.
Paid off a porn star to keep an affair from possibly hurting his election chances, which is ok, but then he falsified campaign records to cover it up. Gee, don't remember anybody else there.

So again... please provide your examples with the proof.
Democrats have been put away for years for their criminal activities (I live in Chicago so we see it ALL THE TIME) And not once have I heard that it was Republicans resorting to "apparent Lawfare" It was just the justice system doing it's job.

You really have to blame Hillary for this mess we are in today. If she had never said basket of deplorables I think she might have won and Trump never would have been. Just a few words said and 8 years later. What a different world this might be today.

Or maybe if James Comey didn't announce newly discovered emails that could be linked to Hillary Clinton, just days before Election Day, it might have been different as well.
Hillary was a terrible candidate IMHO. There was a lot wrong with her and her deplorables comment was just one of MANY things that cost her the election.

Biden will speak to "Good Morning America" and "This Week" anchor George Stephanopoulos for the interview. A first look will air on the Friday, July 5

omg, get ready for ice cream and extreme softball questions. Questions the puppet will already have been coached on.

Top Democrats who pushed 25th Amendment during Trump years silent on triggering it for Biden

Of course they are silent now. It's always Trump Trump Trump. Dems lie and point the finger at someone else.

Trump lies even worse He STILL CLAIMS that he won the last election. Talk about living in La La land...
And it's not like Trump doesn't get softball questions when he is on right leaning media.
They even try to answer for him when he doesn't say what they think he should say

ABC News is so far remaining quiet on whether it will commit to releasing the full, raw version of President Biden's sit-down on Friday with anchor George Stephanopoulos.
We will see the deep fake version.

Biden responds to criticism over his debate performance: 'I screwed up'

if this is true. Good for Biden. If he really said this,.. i have a bit if new respect for him. Other dems should follow his lead. Too bad this is being realized so late. Biden has just set the bar. We will see if Trump can match it. Kudos Biden.

Oh, are you going to repeat the long debunked "very fine people" lie? Trump specifically denounced the white supremacists, said they can go to hell, then said the statue debate has very fine people on both sides.

It is amazing how otherwise intelligent people simply believe propaganda lies and never bother to look at the original source material. They like the lie so they just run with it.

Biden's fundraising has really dried up and if anything will force him out that would be it. I suspect, if he does get forced out, then he will probably resign from the presidency so Harris can play pretend president for four months and run instead. She is unlikely to win the election though as she is polling even worse than Biden and is uncharismatic as well as unlikeable.

Source? I think a couple days ago I heard he had already raised a fresh $30 mill since the debate. That hardly seems dried up to me.

James Carville (Democrat strategist going back to the Clinton admin) is saying that. Others are reporting that donors are redirecting money to congressional and senate races away from the Biden campaign.

Others are reporting that donors are demanding their money back from the Biden campaign because they lost faith in him even being on the ballot much less winning.
