And the lead in PA on Wednesday was 600k vot es. 1M extra votes later and that lead all but vanished (19k). That means Biden got ~800k of those 1M.
There are apparently still ~160k votes to be counted.
Considering the characteristics of mail/absentee ballots in PA (the legislature forced them to be counted last, and dems were promoting them while trump was actively discouraging them) then no, not really.
Plus, it's normal for populous urban areas to need more time to handle a vastly superior amount of ballots.
I know it's not common in Russia, where you know who won before the election actually happens.
