Wow, some of these recent rule changes in Pennsylvania are so wide open for abuse. Like accepting ballots with no post mark on them three days AFTER the election.

Snide comments aside, it appears before ACB took here seat the SCOTUS was split 4-4 on the legality of accepting votes without post marks three days after election. It will now likely be 5-4. I have heard lower courts have ordered let ballots to be segregated but that Pennsylvania is refusing to comply with the court order.

Several people are predicting Trump will actually win Arizona by about 30,000 votes if current trends continue. That would mean 278 Trump as long as Pennsylvania holds. It has also been amazing watching the polls be even more incorrect than in 2016. In some states the RCP and 538 averages were off by 8 points.

PA went from +10 Trump to +5.6 Trump with count going from 76% to 84%. If that holds for the remaining 16%, then Biden is likely to flip it.
