      The meeting between Jr. and the Russians was in and of itself enough reason to investigate... especially after he said it was to get dirt on Hillary.

            That's only reason to do a preliminary investigation, not get a warrant to spy, and not reason to appoint Mueller.

                  Wrong. There is clear evidence of conspiracy and collusion and that is more than enough to get a warrant. And getting a warrant doesn't mean spying on opponents. It means monitoring them for criminal activity they are committing.

                          The exculpatory evidence that they left out of the FISA application was that the FBI recorded a conversation between Carter Page and Russian agents in which the Russians say that Page isn't suitable to be a spy. Also the FBI and DoJ misled the Court into believing that Page was a spy in a 2013-2016 case in which Page actually helped the FBI charge and arrest a Russian spy.
