wrt Trumps trade wars Canada might hit Republicans where it would hurt them most... Namely, their lobbyist cash. Trump keeps threatening to end NAFTA but NAFTA also includes protections for things like drug patients and intellectual property rights. So if Trump follows through with his threats against NAFTA Canada could invalidate all the drug patients held by American firms. It could also seize intellectual property. How about seizing Microsoft's Windows and having the new nationalized version given away for free online?
