Pretty strong evidence exists to refute his whole “never drank to the point of being out of control” thing. He better hope Republicans don’t lose the Senate. It would be pretty embarrassing for a Supreme Court Justice to be convicted of perjury.

If candidates like Phil Bredesen and Beto O'Rourke win and after today they will get a major boost, they could very well lose the Senate. Bredesen was +5% ahead.

Also Susan Collins may be extremely vulnerable, but so far a challenger has not emerged.
