He never said that taxes shouldn't be used in order to pay for welfare.
And he also never said that taxes should be lowered so much (for the benefit of the rich) that thze state cannot afford adequate welfare
(and therefore, lower taxes for the rich will be bought with more poor people dying due to the lack of welfare)
You can collect some taxes but not 100%, and it can't be to do bad.

To do bad? So funding military incursions into foreign lands should not be funded with taxes. Good to know.

There have never been 100% taxes, not even in the times before the 80s, i.e. before generations of republican presidents began to lower the taxes more and more

And using taxes to do bad:
Well, using taxes for welfare sounds to me like the contrary of "doing bad"
in stark contrast to using taxes in order to finance wars, assassinations, extraterritorial torture prisons and so on

You can do welfare based on conservative principles that encourages productive behavior and doesn't keep an endless cycle of poverty going.

What kind of socialism allows you to own property that the state can not take away?

Welfare based on conservative principles lmao

Bull****. Conservatism only creates poverty. You have citizens who work for little pay and no benefits. Just the way conservatives want. Once the person is too old and not"productive " they are discarded. Conservatism is economic slavery.

        • Probably Kid should start paying for using Apolyton, since we don’t want him to be on an endless cycle of being dependent on handouts from me.

Between property taxes and eminent domain laws, I doubt any developed countries ... socialist or not ... can pass that litmus test.

              • I’ve repeatedly explained to you that I own for profit businesses that operate in the free market. I buy and sell stocks, currency, and options on exchanges. I’ve invested venture capital into other businesses. Of course I’m a capitalist.

US President Donald Trump is waging a war of words with legendary Watergate reporter Carl Bernstein over a story about his ex-lawyer Michael Cohen.

On Wednesday, the president called Mr Bernstein a "sloppy" and "degenerate fool" who invented stories.

Mr Bernstein fired back on Thursday, tweeting that he spent his life "bringing the truth to light" and "no taunt" could diminish that commitment.

His story reported Mr Trump knew about a 2016 meeting with Russians.
On Twitter, the president said "CNN is being torn apart from within" over refusing to admit their mistakes, adding that Mr Bernstein "is being laughed at all over the country".
The veteran journalist hits back after the president calls him a "sloppy" and "degenerate fool".

                        • Trump is claim No his Lester Holt interview (the one where he admitted firing Comey over the whole Russian thing) was “fudged”.

Trump believers who fall for this are raising stupidity to new heights.
