He also paid $100,000 and had to issue an apology to an ACORN worker who sued him for invasion of privacy.

Also: The California Attorney General's Office (under Schwarzenegger) found that O'Keefe had misrepresented the actions of ACORN workers and that the workers had not broken any laws. The US General Accounting Office found that ACORN had managed its federal funds appropriately.

In reality this issue of the Time magazine had Kate Winslet on the cover and doesn't mention Donald Trump at all (at least not on the cover):

In the grand scope of things this that could be really nothing. For me it would depend on the source of it, which isn't mentioned in the link.
It could have been a made up gift given to him where it was known it was just a mock up made and Trump's ego meant he really liked it so had copies made.
Many people have mockups of magazine covers. I have a few myself. And just because I hang them were others can see it doesn't mean I think it's real.
The apprentice mention on the cover makes it look more like someone congratulating him on the show.

But on the other hand, if he had them made up himself originally because he thought he could impress people with them, then he's just a douche like you claim..
