Well, it is under Trump, that the EPA has become a servant of the industry instead of doing its job. And it is under Trump that HHS and EPA actively suppress scientific research, if it doesn't fit into the things the storyline that Trump wants to sell to the public (example: EPA actively supressing siecntific works that show that human caused climate change is real ... and also supressing research that show that certain poillutants (that Pruitts "customers" want to have unregulated) areactually quite harmful for humans. And for example HHS suppressing all studies that show that Obamacare actually does a good job).
Likewise, under Trump, lots of influence by people who actually are lobbyists, but (illegally) don't register as such.
Such a sellout of the US government is unprecedented, no matzter whether you look at GOP governments or at DEM governments -
