Erdogan surely does what he can to turn turkey into his personal kingdom.

According to the newest plans the planned presidial system is supposed to give the president the power to enact laws without them having to be ratified by the parliament.

I assume (if the presidial system actually gets introduced) one of the first laws enacted by Erdogan will be, that the president doesn't get elected, but rather that Erdogan himself appoints his successor ... or that the position of president is heridetary among tzhe male members of the Erdogan family
