Being angry at all black people because a couple robbed you is flat out racism. Being afraid could indeed be physiological and therapy could be beneficial as long as one admits that it is an irrational fear. BUT to use it to justify being angry at black people in general is racism.
On the media one, I'll have to give you that one. Reading back what I wrote it does sound like I didn't care about standards, but that wasn't what I was trying to imply. I guess it would have been better if I had said I wasn't surprises instead of not disturbed. If you actually learn the meaning of the word racism you will find that it means to dominate a race. Just being afraid of black people is not dominating a race. Angry at all blacks is prejudice. It's an incorrect belief, in this case do to an event that caused an emotional response.
