The issue is that Muslims were getting visas without anyone checking to see if they were enemies of this country, because the POTUS cared more about his popularity than doing his job and protecting this country.

That opens up some potentially nasty cans of worms. Ok, someone posting that they hate America is probably not a great idea, but what about people who might have criticized a previous administration? Posted something about Bush being a warmonger? Posted something about Clinton ruining America? Where exactly does the line between threat and freedom of speech lie there exactly?
