Insurance premiums have been going up almost every year for the past 30 Years and Employers have always to do it's best to manage costs.
Our company bids it out every year and sometimes changes companies. Changes in coverage sometimes result, but usually not that bad.
It what a real company does for employee retention.
It's really kind of silly to blame that on Obama.

You're gonna find that in order to stay in business you have to minimize costs. When the government charges you up the ass for something you opt out. That's the way you stay in business. That's the way people keep their job. My company is very successful and so are a lot of others.
