If it didn't (which I'm sure that's the case) the next plane to go down will be most probably turkish or allied flying in ukriane/baltics or baltic (assuming they have an airforce)
Putin just waits to clarify that delicate piece of info"I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration somehow you're not patriotic. It's kinda sad that Turkey, a NATO member, decides to side with ISIS just because they lose a little bit of a cheap oil that was sold to them by ISIS. But it's not like it's a first time a war has started because of economic interests. That's, like, THE most common reason to start a war.
Of course it had nothing to do with Turkey repeatedly warning Russia about violating its airspace and Russia ignoring them. It was all about ISIS giving Turkey Oil."I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration somehow you're not patriotic. Turkey has no problem repeatedly violating Greek airspace.

Just look at this. Korean Air Lines Flight 007 crossed entire Kamchatka Penisula, entire Sea of Okhotsk, and Sakhalin island. That's like 1500 kilometers in USSR territory, and over our biggest city in the region. Only after that it was shot down. And entire West went nuts over it anyway.
Russian plane alledgedly crossed one kilometer wide patch of Turkish land, and was shot over Syrian land. You can't even damn shoot it over Turkish land, it's that small - even if you launch a missile, a plane will just fly away in time a missile will catch it.
That's obvious bull****.

On the other hand, jet bomber (not fighter) obviously didn't plan to bomb Turkey. And there is nothing to scout 1 km within the border by a bomber that can not be scouted by a proper recon plane outside of the border (even if a plane crossed a border for several seconds, which may not be true).
So yeah, if you logically think about it, Korean Air Lines Flight 007 had some threat to a USSR security, while Su-24M didn't have any threat to Turkey security at all.Knowledge is Power
