There is no threat, only a statement of why your depiction of the results of a hypothetical were wrong.

There are a wide range of possibilities here. You wanted to present the results of whether misusing power or not as if it was simply whether I ban you or not. In keeping with the tone of our conversation I was pointing out that is an absurdly narrow view of what the hypothetical results would be. I'm sure you can think of any number of potential abuses of power that are possible in that hypothetical situation, and have presented one yourself already. As such I feel justified in my correction of your previous overly-narrow definition of the range of possibilities.
