And yes, he did profile them since he was even in that area because he was looking for a suspect who's only description was that he was a person of color and out in the street so obviously up to no good.

And then there's they claim by officer Wilson that he point black accuses Brown of being a suspect which is when, per Wilson, the altercation takes place.

Was Brown wrong to strike an officer at all? Yes. But the "attack" against Wilson has been highly exaggerated.

The distance to where Brown fell certainly doesn't jive with Wilson's account of events. So if Wilson is lying about that, why not about everything else? He certainly had enough time to be coached for the grand jury.

In my neck of the woods when a cop says to do something people do it because they don't want trouble. Anyone who doesn't do what a cop says right away is probably a serious criminal. That's probably why cops don't ask nicely. They want to see how you respond. What you aren't taking into account is that police have a job to apprehend people exactly like Brown.
