A politican that ascended to power after the "Revolutionm of the roses" in georgia (that means in polite contribution of soros and several american agencies) after having pushed his country in a war with russia and then found wanted and accused of corruption scandals, then he was summoned by the president of ukraine to assume the governance of the region of odessa
