Just for idiots who have no idea. Our cruise missiles are flying at extremely low altitudes at the supersonic speeds on the final part of their road, which is why they are almost invincible.
The US Navy has nothing like that in their inventory.

The only thing I found suspicious is that literally right after the attack, the news releases were claiming not one civilian casualty. INHO, there's no way they could reasonably know that so quickly. Almost like the had the release ready to go prior to the strike.

The Russians are using mostly dumb bombs without guidance systems so they can only get them in the general area. This is why it has been mostly civilian casualties with their bombing. Putin just lies about it like he lies about everything else.
