I suppose I don't really get Buddhism. My sister is something like you are. I'm not really sure what her exact beliefs are.

I don't really understand Christianity either. I think it's very complicated, and God is very complicated. I believe it humbles me though, something I don't think Buddhism or liberal Christianity can do. I think it's important to become humble in order to gain wisdom.

    Thanks for sharing.
    You´re welcome

There is actually a medieval christian theologian who goes along similar lines of thought as myself, but still remains within christianity ... by stating that one should not look for god outside of ones self, but inside of it. His name is Meister Eckhart. His sermons definitely are an insteresting lecture.
Tamsin (Lost Girl): "I am the Harbinger of Death. I arrive on winds of blessed air. Air that you no longer deserve."
Tamsin (Lost Girl): "He has fallen in battle and I must take him to the Einherjar in Valhalla"

I believe that as well, look for god inside of oneself. I will look him up. Are you familiar with Soren Kierkegaard? He is the father of existentialism, and a Christian thinker.

After all, that's where God was born.
To us, it is the BEAST.

            • Today I was walking home and I was drinking some nice sour cherry juice.
The bottle's cap fell on the ground and instinctively I look down at it.
Passing by were some africans (probably ethiopians) and the girl (which was georgous) bends and picks the bottle's cup up and gives it to me
              How sweet

Then I kept walking and I see two muslim women with their headscarfs and their babies and from one's hand slips a water bottle. I pick it up and give it to her

What a nice day. I like the kindness of strangers. Although everyone kept dropping things for some reason.

Actually the idea that there is no creator is an absurdity. You're being quite amusing.

                              • My morality didn't design nature, your "god" did and you're ok with it... and you aint losing any sleep over abortion - you just use it to change subjects when your strawmen get torched
You're the one arguing that genocide is bad, except when it concerns abortion. Surely if X is wrong then Y ought to be wrong too. But it's not.

If you believe that it's ok to kill people because you don't personally consider them to be persons, then I fail to see how you can reject genocide prima facie. .
