Fire fighting isn't in the Constitution either, but the government provides the service (usually) because the fire burning down your neighbor's house could easily spread to your home.

Ah. That explains why the government should distribute firearms to every citizen to prevent criminal violence. Because if a criminal breaks into your neighbors home, he's more likely to try yours.
