The real joke here is that the shooter claims he went to "college" for two years. In reality he went to a community college (Santa Barbara City College) which is not a place to go for sex or an education.

This. Yes, SBCC is a really great junior college as it is right on the beach and offers a large selection of classes but everyone in I.V. makes fun of the junior college kids who want to live in I.V. and pretend they're students at UCSB. How the hell did the guy spend four years going full time to junior college and yet still be in junior college? I'm going to guess he was a terrible student in addition to being a terrible person.
