You're only required to look at advertisements if you want to interact with the world paid for by them.

Mind you, I'd much rather we lived in a world where we didn't have to pay for modern conveniences with advertisements.

public spaces are ours, if advertisers try to invade them with their bull****, it's our right to take action.

Advertisers "invade" public spaces by paying to do so. They're either paying private companies who own the space--in which case the space is not public--or they're paying the government--in which case they're paying you indirectly.

Unless and until you guys agree on a common framework for what constitutes a right, and where rights originate, I don't see that argument going anywhere fast.

yes but paying doesn't give anyone the option to do what they want.

as it is impossible to feature 10 meter c0cks with the subtitle "come and get them in the c0ck bar" why is it unreasonable not to want to be flooded with anorexia neurosa, psychological deficiency complexes etc?

                  That's also a POV

This should clearly be legal, too.

adverts are placed where they will be seen, otherwise there would be no point to them. in other words, they will be placed where people pass or congregate. whether that be in a private space, inevitably visible from public spaces, or in public spaces themselves. advertisers never asked our permission, **** them. if our 'representatives' sold our spaces to the highest bidder, **** them too.
