You understand that just saying you are discriminated against doesn't make it true, right? As I stated, women under thirty recieve pay parity with male counterparts. Yet these women are more likely to believe they are discriminated against. There is no discrimination against women. IT IS A MYTH.

That doesn't prove much of anything. If there's a "glass ceiling" and men are more likely to get promoted to positions of management, you won't see much of a difference when comparing people under 30 because by and large men haven't had time to get promoted yet. The gap will be apparent when comparing middle-aged men and women.
