It's quite easy to criticize a strawman definition that was never provided.
If you want to read the actual report you can go here:

But anyway, so I went ahead and read the report and by grouping forced and incapacitated together (without providing a clear definition of incapacitated due to drugs etc)
they make the percentage higher and more alarming.
The information is disturbing enough. I don't think you need to combine them to make it sound worse.
Attention grabbing. It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

Hmm it appears they did do what I claimed. You should read your own reports.
They never defined incapacitated by drugs in the questionnaire from what I could see. That could be read in a WIDE variety of ways. It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

And they used that same 'overhearing a joke' in the sexual harassment numbers that I referred to earlier. Using such a wide definition is going to jack up those numbers to sound horrific also.
Typical grandstanding. It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

They ask women if they were touched sexually by force or while they were incapacitated by drugs and reported the result. You respond by saying "well maybe women don't really know when they are being touched sexually without their consent blah blah blah sexual assault isn't really that much of a problem." **** you.I drank beer. This was a voluntary survey. Guess who volunteers to answer a survey: someone with an axe to grind related to the subject or a random person with zero specific relationship to it?
I would be interesting in the likelihood of men to regard the same activity directed at them to be sexual assault. Women are pretty prone to subject men to sexual insults they themselves would probably consider the equivalent of assault on them."The DPRK is still in a state of war with the U.S. It's called a black out." - Che explaining why orbital nightime pictures of NK show few lights. Seriously.
