I think I'mnow tow times cancer survivor and close death experiencer and now I'mfeeling like an adult.

I basically know wha tI want an ddon't want. My boss is goign to be hearing from me when I get better. I'm NOT coming back. I mean I am, but the term will be different. Not pay, but I need to be more with my kids.Not negotiable.

it is amazing. Lsat time I survived, I felt lucky and happy but then it ended with stress etc. Now I KNOW it will not go down the same way. Why? Because last time I let the old thought patterns control me. I lacked courage to break free. Now I will break free because I am not afraid to die, I am afraid not to live enough! Not sure about the hippie part. I am very liberal already. I believe in personal responsibilitity though and working for the common good. Forgetting your own interest. I'm not sure if hippies are like that, I feel many of them are quite ego-centric in fact.

I think I might have a chance. I don't know why? I guess it's because going against all these odds for so many times now and still getting home and knowing I will recover at least to the same state I was in 6 months ago... then I know I can go 100% physical and mental... so I can do all that I can to fight. I won't be hindered by this operation too much.

It's still kind of svary though. It removes some nonsense stuff from the head like "oo what about ben affleck" and "what if someone doesn't like me". As if I care.

But it is still scary... you look at the facts, and you go holy cow... somebody has scooped my brain not once but TWICE. I take it as an achievement. I don't know anyone else with the same achievement. The nex ttime it'll be like "so this is your THIRD time, wt?" If I had to do 3trd time, I'd be ecen more scaed, I can't say experience in this makes it any easier... But I to believe I will be able to better go on from this than last time. I know where I went short last time, now it won't happen. Also, my motivation is super. I can throw cars. I think I live for a reason now. I'm supposed to use my gifts and resources to for the greater benefit.

Radiation therapy is scaring me but I'll go. I'ts not like they'll vut my brain. Only burn it. But mostly the same spot tha twas already cut so I can deal with that emotionally. I never liked that spot anyway. Didn't work well.

Best part? They went in using the same route as the last time, so I don't have any new scars, just one massive old one... Massive! I look like I've been to a car crash or a bomb went off. Well, my head as split open so kind of.

I've got to say I'm kicking its butt.. This time I figured I'd be more nastier and not give it chances to come back even! preventive strategy is better IMO, this surgery business is kind of heavy on me.... not to say it can't be done, it can be! Maybe I'll make a record "10 surgeries before the cure was found". Then again, all I need is enough extra time gor better medicine... and this might have been the game changer. You never know! I have to believe.
