Lazy irritates me the most. Lazy with the talent to succeed is the worst. There's nothing lazier than the average union worker with seniority.

I can't work out if he means he's considering not money orientated to be equivalent to lazy or if either of those things in combination with the other two is what he doesn't like. I assumed the latter, but the former is a better troll.

I agree with your interpretation though, as you well know, they are not the same thing. I know several people who are not overly motivated by money but which are not lazy. Most of them seem motivated mainly by religion or ideology (for example the hippy do gooder school teacher) instead of money.
