You're reading the wrong emotions from my post. I'm not wound up, just amused.

Lazy/not money oriented can be smart. I'm also still a moderate redistributionist.

Here's an example of someone I consider "lazy": I have a cousin (who I am actually quite fond of) who spent several years on food stamps to do some sort of part-time teaching in Manhattan. He was fully capable of getting a job that would allow him to support himself (he has one now)--but he chose to live off welfare, perhaps out of some belief that what he was doing was charitable. I am extremely critical of this. In reality, his supposedly charitable activities were quite the opposite. Welfare is meant for those who are unable to support themselves, not those who are unwilling--and by forgoing a well-paying job, rather than providing charity, he was a charity case himself.

Quick summary: it would be preferable if money were issued when people do not consume resources rather than when they do.

I like mayo on hamburgers though ketchup on hotdogs should be a capital offense.

I prefer to only pay people money when they produce something useful.

The most useful things are produced without using up resources.

So do you pay people when they consume something useful, or when they produce something useful?

I make people pay to consume and I pay them to produce. If they consume while they produce, they pay for what they consume and are paid for what they produce
