I'm utterly shocked that a psychopath without the capability of empathy may find it difficult to gauge emotions.

30 for me. I got 5 wrong in a row about 2/3 of the way in because my interest was waning.

Wow, I don't like you but I don't think you're a psychopath. Yeah, deaf kid might struggle with understanding subtle social cues. Never heard of that before.

What the **** does being hearing impaired have to do with seeing eyes?

If you're going to blame one of your disabilities, start with your mental one.

The test was not good. Lots of the images were of poor quality. Some you couldn't even see the eyes properly. Sure wouldn't meet any objective criteria. I was lucky to get the result I got.

Interpreting specific eye positions as a specific emotion? Those with pre-lingual deafness will struggle. I suggest you read up on the literature. Most with my hearing don't even read above a 4th grade level, let alone speak. None of this comes naturally to me - I understand my emotions perfectly fine - where I struggle is with expressing them in a fashion that other people can understand.

This gets intepreted as similar to aspergers, even though there isn't actually any etiological connection between the two. They just have overlapping symptoms.

If you're going to blame one of your disabilities, start with your mental one.
Does it hurt that I have as much education as you, indicating that my intelligence is above par?

He'll blame all of his problems on being hearing impaired and refuse to recognize any other shortcomings.

Education has nothing to do with intelligence.

Especially if you get a BA.

You've already demostrated vast ignorance in the field of philosophy earlier. Which explains your antipathy for the discipline.

                      Ben's a Sociopath, not a Psychopath.

EDIT: Because people won't understand the point: Sociopathy = Antisocial Personality Disorder =/= Psychopathy.

The fact that he is delusional is a separate issue entirely.

I can be delusional OR a sociopath. I cannot be both.

Essentially, you've auto-defined delusion as 'expresses opinions contrary to my own'.

Again - deaf people understand their emotions in a different fashion than people who are not deaf. They also tend to express them differently. Deaf people have difficulty interpreting emotions early on, which is why parents who know and understand this work with them on this.

                          You ****ing ******.

You can have more than one ****ing diagnosis of mental illness. And if you set foot in this country I'll make damned sure you get as many as possible.

Direct ****ing quote from the ICD10, page 12: http://www.who.int/classifications/icd/en/bluebook.pdf

                            Recording more than one diagnosis

It is recommended that clinicians should follow the general rule of recording as many
diagnoses as are necessary to cover the clinical picture.
                            When recording more than one
diagnosis, it is usually best to give one precedence over the others by specifying it as the
main diagnosis, and to label any others as subsidiary or additional diagnoses. Precedence
should be given to that diagnosis most relevant to the purpose for which the diagnoses
are being collected; in clinical work this is often the disorder that gave rise to the
consultation or contact with health services. In many cases it will be the disorder that
necessitates admission to an inpatient, outpatient or day-care service. At other times, for
example when reviewing the patient's whole career, the most important diagnosis may
well be the "life-time" diagnosis, which could be different from the one most relevant to
the immediate consultation (for instance a patient with chronic schizophrenia presenting
for an episode of care because of symptoms of acute anxiety). If there is any doubt about
the order in which to record several diagnoses, or the diagnostician is uncertain of the
purpose for which information will be used, a useful rule is to record the diagnoses in the
numerical order in which they appear in the classification.
You just wasted six ... no, seven ... seconds of your life reading this sentence.
