    Very yes.

Does the game adequately address the sensitive issue of slavery and race relations?

    • Is AC4 good? Spent the day downloading it. Steam was taking its sweet ass time
To us, it is the BEAST.

        Keys to this game:

Forget saving the home continent, just work that bonus
        Early nade launcher on MEC
Heavies all day every day unless I need to actually capture (it took me till june to capture)
Have not yet tried it, but it seems the Reactive Pupils gene mod would go well with the Heavies that have the two-attacks-per-turn upgrade.

Easily the best of the series outside of maybe AC2 and AC2: Brotherhood. HUGE step up from 3. The naval combat is a lot of fun. Also, sea shanties. So many sea shanties.

Totally. Mimetic skin on a sprinter is also ludicrous. Im at the point where I can win missions with relative ease, but not without heavy cost. Its still challenging but 4 months in, I'm not constantly yelling obsenities whenever a council mission or landed UFO shows up.

Is it substantially different than AC3 then? One of my big concerns with 4 was that I found the sea missions in 3 tedious.

Much, much better. The controls are better, boarding actions, completely open world in the sea (think Sid Meier's Pirates) where you can actually be a goddamned pirate and take cargo and claim ships for your fleet...

Yeah, I've been using this. It makes heavies much more reliable than just suppression machines.

Mimetic skin is downright game breaking. Squad sight + a sprinter with mimetic skin, or just a heavy with mimetic skin, makes life so much easier. The heavy can run up to a bunch of bad guys, wait a turn, and launch a rocket before they disperse.

                          • Although, that rocket may not be enough to kill them all, and then **** gets real.
