Papa John's pizza sucks because they put so much sugar in both the sauce and the doe. Sugar has absolutely no place is any halfway decent pizzaunless it is the natural sugars found in the tomatoes.

DaShi, as a (thankfully) former pizza worker, I would expect your problem to be local; the workers at your local Papa John's are abusing some sort of substance which distorts their perception of reality. To them, it looks like the toppings are evenly distributed, but they really aren't. Either that or they hate their jobs and their lives, and going HOOOOOORK to spit on each individual pizza is just too much effort lately. Whereas chucking toppings on carelessly manages to be spiteful while entailing less effort, plus you're guaranteed to notice it. That way you'll go away and quit bothering them with your "business" bull****. They get paid the same either way, and if their shop closes, or they get fired, due to their incompetence, there are always new openings in other neighborhood McJobs. In a way, they enjoy much the same consequence-free business environment as CEOs. Only their lives suck.

Anyway, ask around to see which local pizza shop has less drug-addled/despondent employees, and give them your custom.

Thanks Elok. I believe that this is exactly the case. If only I didn't burn my bridges with Dominoes. I can't help it, if I take my cheap pizza seriously.

Funny you mention that because my dad went to Italy once and said he preferred olive garden. In fact his exact words were "you can get better Italian food at the Olive Garden on Jefferson Road."

I went to NYC once and never ate a sbarro's, in fact I went to some random non-chain pizza place in Lower Manhattan and it was excellent.

Never had Salvatore's. My neighbor works for one part-time, might check that out.
