You should be able to buy an execution chamber for your police stations, so that when your jails fill up new arrivals just get chucked on old sparky instead of getting some future recidivist released.

Why not just tell regionmates to knock it off? Or only play with people you know? Or play solo?

I've deactivated my police force again, releasing 76 inmates. Budget is just very tight. City still covered in ****.

I have an unbelievably bad crime problem, and that's when the precinct is active. Having to shut down the station makes things a million times worse. Can't keep the university open for any length of time either. Baghdad is frankly a disaster and I see no real way out unless someone else shoulders A) police and B) gets a law school. If anyone wants to take it over, go for it, but I'm not sure if you can since I do have some DLC that Reg apparently doesn't. Otherwise I'll try again for the law school tomorrow.

I assume this complaint is from people without friends. Playing solo makes the whole 'region' thing kind of pointless, doesn't it? Might as well be a SP game then... oops...
