As for the Spanish language requirement - it *is* illegal. English is the de-facto primary language of the United States. You cannot turn someone down for a job because they speak English and not Spanish. It's wrong.

Yes Ben, I really should use Google to provide the source you were too lazy to provide yourself. You finally, after multiple requests, managed to provide actual evidence for a claim you made that shows that, at least in Texas, employers are expected to provide certain information to employees in English. And it only took you two tries. You've still failed to provide evidence for your original claim, the one I originally asked for evidence for, that customers are somehow entitled to receive English language services.
