No. No there weren't. The American slave population is absolutely dwarfed by the population in Latin America.

Out of the 12 million people from Africa who were shipped to the Americas during the transatlantic slave trade,[48] 645,000 were shipped to the British colonies on the North American mainland and the United States; another 1,840,000 arrived at other British colonies, chiefly the West Indies.

The rest went to Brazil, Haiti, etc.

Brazil has the largest Black population in the Americas.

That's certainly true, there were large differences in fertility rates and different destinations had different mortality rates for the slaves that arrived.
