That's certainly true, there were large differences in fertility rates and different destinations had different mortality rates for the slaves that arrived.

Al, you mixed up "total population" with "slave population" for Brazil. It was ~1 million slaves in 1820 and ~1.5 million in 1870 for Brazil. American blacks were much more fertile.

Actually that's not true. Only 6 % of the population of Brazil is "black". That's about 12 million people as opposed to 40+ million black people in the USA. 40% of the population is classified as "Pardo" or mixed, but genetic studies show that the Pardo population is genetically about 80% white.

I'm not disputing your claims that only a small fraction of the trans-Atlantic slave trade was destined for what is now the USA.

I think that British America would have included the Caribbean islands, the plantation culture of which was notorious for its high human cost. It's estimated that during the 18th century the British plantations in the Caribbean had to completely replace their entire slave force every twenty to thirty years in order to maintain an adequate work force. British North America should be the 13 colonies plus Canada and Florida after Canada and Florida were transferred to the British.
