Reducing military spending would probably cause the people to lose faith in the revolution and become morally depraved capitalists.

At one point in time my Dad was about to get on a plane to go to NK as part of a team of agricultural consultants that were being sent as part of negotiations about stopping the nuclear program (IIRC). Then it got called off at the last minute because KJI wasn't doing what he said he would. I have no doubt that the state of NK agriculture would be better off today if that hadn't have happened. It could possibly even be doing so well that they wouldn't have had to make reforms.

So really, the tax cuts here could be seen as a result of NK having nukes and/or whacked out leaders. Now we know the solution to all the world's problems :nuke:

They allow it, they take it back, and now they're allowing it again. I don't expect much will change because the government's policies are way to changable. For instance, they allowed small level street markets and then when the people working in the markets ended up making more than the official rate in other jobs they changed the currency deliberately to take away the profits the small venders had made. Why deal with that sort of bull****?

Tax cuts are part of the equation but only one small part. Other wise Haiti's low taxes would already have tempted all the millionaires in NY and CA to move there.

Of course. MRT seemed to be disputing that they were any part at all.

Get off my nuts bro. You really seem bent out of shape that higher taxes on rich people didn't seem to stifle economic growth AT ALL in the United States.

I'm not bent out of shape, you're just wrong. Your study is retarded. I already explained why in the thread.
