With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

Cajuns have a bigger population than you think.

Cajuns make up a significant portion of south Louisiana's population

Dunno where they are getting any of that - but they don't teach any of it in Texas.

It would be just like Mother Jones to lie to get Yankees to feel better about themselves.

                    Louisiana isn't Texas.

Umm... this doesn't make Americans feel better about ourselves. Why would you, a Canadian, think it makes us feel better about ourselves?

... can people in Louisiana count to 14?
There's nothing wrong with the dream, my friend, the problem lies with the dreamer.

Does the same hold true of 'Deliverance' ?

Another cracking film, especially with the interviews/commentaries on the re-released DVD.

                              1. That wasn't the south, that was Appalachia, if I recall correctly.
                              2. Yes, Deliverance is of course a wholly accurate account of Appalachia. They really are all banjo-playing inbred anal rapists.
                              3. You both (you and Moby) are morons. Of all ways to try to learn about another culture, you picked Hollywood? Even Americans know better than that.
If there is no sound in space, how come you can hear the lasers?

                                Deliverance took place in Georgia.
