Wonderful! Then the Russians will want to keep electing people who see the world that way

That's preference, not approval, and Romney is WINNING.

The Russians don't have real elections, and you know it.

Ah so many of them don't like Obama, they just dislike Romney even more? I understand now.

Excuse me? 29% prefer Romney, 22% prefer Obama, explain how that isn't winning?

Given that you said only 5% of Israelis approve of Obama, doesn't that mean that 17% of Israelis disapprove of Obama but still hate Romney more?

While in 2010, fewer than half of Israeli Jews polled expressed favorable views of Obama, 54 percent of Israelis expressed a favorable view of the American president. Thirty- nine percent expressed negative views, the same percentage that say that they are discouraged by the administration’s policy in the Middle East.

Yeah, pretty close to 5%! By a factor of ten

No? Approval and preference are different things. If you asked me if I'd rather have Hitler or Obama, I'd approve of neither, but which would I prefer?

I suppose the rioters in Moscow were just upset they didn't have enough autocracy.

Err, are we going with the Jimmy Carter style of diplomacy, here?

Sometimes even Jimmy Carter says things that are true. It's uncommon, but entirely possible.

Also, I think that was supposed to be a sarcastic snipe when he said it. The point I'm making is, since Putin runs the place, we should do things that influence him in particular.

I love that you just equated Mitt Romney to Hitler.

You seem to have rather studiously avoided the part where Israels President and Defence Minister both praised Obama btw, would you like to comment?
