I wear an extra slim medium in Brooks Brothers. I'm thin but how the hell am I extra slim thin? They're freaking EIGHT inches tighter in the chest than traditional fit! (WTF are average Americans wearing?!). And I'm really not that skinny!

I buy online and in center city Philadelphia. I highly doubt the downtown Philly Brooks Brothers store has different clothes than say, the Manhattan store. And then online has ****ed up sizes, too?
