How about something like Lucky Bar just South of DuPont Circle? Those younger than 21 get kicked out at 5:30 (theoretically), so would have to exit before then. We could do lunch and then some beers. I realize this isn't in Felch's ideal parameters...

Another possibility is Kramerbooks & Afterwards directly North of DuPont Circle. Many draughts served. I don't think there's a limitation to ages, because it is a restaurant/cafe. We have done Polymeets at the bar before, but we could do the seating area this time, if there's not too big of a crowd waiting for a seat.

If neither of those two work for everybody, then we could do James Hoban's, which is just South/Southwest of the Circle. I've never been there, but it is one of the places where people meet up, so it can't be so bad.

That's what really makes me envious of other big cities. We just don't have any great world class used or even new book stores around here.
