                    No, because I know that seeing .9r and 1 as different is pretty ****ing stupid in maths terms, but I've never been able to stop wanting to scream at people over the instinctive irrationality of the whole thing.

                      It's only irrational based on your intuitive sense of what numbers are. But as science has proven over and over again, our intuitive sense of what things are tends to be wrong a lot.
