Loin said that they were killed for mocking Elisha's baldness. You called this a flat-out lie, or something along those words. I merely pointed out that the text itself makes it very clear that they are mocking his baldness. That they are insulting him in any other way/for any other reason is less clear, and in JM's explanation requires a couple of assumptions not stated in the text (that he told them what happened to Elijah "offscreen," and that they subsequently didn't believe him). Possibly Loin was mistaken there, but there is no reason to claim he was deliberately lying there when he gave a perfectly reasonable reading of the text.

As for being "against God" because I'm against you, that's just freaking surreal.
