If we use the correct hourly rate, the minimum wage is $12.78 per hour.

This, of course, is unlikely. Using your other estimate, the minimum wage would be close to $38 per hour.

You also have to take into consideration that full time (pertaining to unemployment rates) has been redefined down to about 32 hr/wk.

I think he assumed Krazyhorse is making $400,000 a year. If that's 15 times the minimum wage, then someone on minimum wage earns 26,666.67 a year which he rounded to 26,600. This doesn't make sense, of course.
