Will KH be dog paddling down lower Manhattan?

Will New Yorkers listen and evacuate or will we have a Katrina north in lower Manhattan? My personal take is that you can tell New Yorkers just about anything but you can't make them listen so loads of them are going to ignore evacuation orders and then whine that the public utilities no longer work after the low laying areas flood. What's your take?

Panic buying at the supermarket. Fresh-baked bread gone, only sliced bread remaining. The brands of hummus and beer I wanted were gone, so had to do with second choice. Dry-cleaner's closed. Only one Michelin starred restaurant open within a 5 minute walk, and it's a one star
