I'm just leaving a 19 year marriage. Over the years there were many opportunities to cheat, and I took none of them, although I was often tempted. Looking back now I have no regrets. I gave the marriage my all, my conscience is clear. Now it's time to catch up on all that fun I denied myself.

My advice: listen closely to your conscience and act accordingly. This applies generally, not just to fidelity.
