Personalities almost always don't matter in presidential elections. Obama is done for unless there's an economic miracle in the next year or the GOP is actually stupid enough to run someone like Bachmann.Comment

I don't think Bachmann can win the primary. It'll be Perry vs Romney if Perry decides to run, otherwise it'll be Romney and the seven dwarves. Though I really would like Huntsman to win...If there is no sound in space, how come you can hear the lasers?

I actually kinda like what I've heard about Huntsman; I lean Democrat, but he seems to actually be living in this dimension, plus he hates farm subsidies. But yes, I can definitely see Romney beating Obama at this point (not that predictions are super-meaningful this far out). Romney's got two albatrosses, Mormonism and ostensible spinelessness. The people who dislike his Mormonism mostly think Obama's Muslim, and there's no damned way Romney can look like more of an ineffectual wimp than Obama does at this point.Comment
